Materas Contraseña residency

During the residency at Materas Contraseña, accompanied by Adriana Uribe, I worked in the middle of a brickworks with the same clay used for the bricks, on the outskirts of Cartago, Colombia.

This experience marked the building of a personal structure, as if these vases were the bricks of the walls that hold up the roof that shelters me.

These pieces were shown at the ARTBO fair, as part of Artesanías de Colombia, 2023.
